Where exactly are you based?
We trade from a stall inside St George's Market, 12–20 East Bridge Street, Belfast, BT1 3NQ. Come and say hello in person — we are happy to talk through what would suit your pet.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Northern Ireland on set days. Enter your address at checkout and, if we can reach you, the local delivery option will appear with the days available and the delivery cost. We also ship UK-wide and to selected international destinations.
Can I collect my order from the market?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will have your order ready for you at the stall. We will email you when it is ready to collect.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Local deliveries are made on our designated delivery days, and you choose which one at checkout. Tracked UK and international orders are dispatched as quickly as we can and you will get a tracking reference by email.
Do you need my account to order?
No. You can order as a guest. If you create an account you can keep a record of your orders and check out faster next time.
How do I pay?
We take payment through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Get in touch by email with your order number and we will sort it out. Our returns and refunds policy explains the options in full.
